The Fast Track (Shipping Rates)
We believe in simple, honest pricing:
Orders $35.00 and over: We cover the shipping. (FREE)
Orders under $35.00: A flat rate of $5.00 applies.

1. The Prep Phase (Processing)
Every order undergoes a quality check at our warehouse before it flies out.
Timeframe: 1–2 business days.
Daily Cut-off: 4:00 PM (UTC+8). Orders placed after this window or during the weekend will be prioritized the following Monday.
Warehouse Location: Kelantan, Malaysia.
2. The Journey (Transit)
We don't do "slow mail." We only use expedited air couriers.
Estimated Arrival: 3–7 business days from the moment it leaves our hands.
Total Time: Expect your package at your door within 4–9 business days after clicking "Order."
3. Full Visibility (Tracking)
No guessing games. You’ll receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with a live tracking link the moment your label is scanned.
Track in Real-Time: Use your Account Dashboard or our [Tracking Portal] with your Order ID.
4. Course Corrections (Changes & Cancellations)
Change of Mind? If you need to update an address or cancel, email us immediately. As long as the tracking number hasn't been generated, it’s FREE of charge.
In Transit: Once the package is with the carrier, it cannot be intercepted. Our standard return policy will apply upon delivery.
